Please allow 3-4 business days for processing your order — we always try for much quicker! The shipping times listed during check-out are estimates that USPS gives. Please add them together for a better idea of delivery time. We have no control over delays once in the hands of USPS.
**If the shipping address is entered incorrectly at checkout, the responsibility falls on the customer. If the package is re routed back to Lemon & Loom, once received, we will ship items again.
In an effort to get orders out as quickly as possible, our shipping software will automatically combine shipments when it is able. However, we are unable to accommodate requests to manually combine orders or refund shipping charges. Orders that are combined result in a heavier package, which means more postage is required to ship the order.
For international orders, the packages are transferred at the border into the country’s delivering service. Once packages leave the U.S., there is no way to track international packages or know how long they will take to arrive at their destinations.
Due to high shipping expenses, all international orders are final sale.
If you choose not to purchase shipping insurance through ROUTE, Lemon & Loom will not liable for lost or stolen packages. All insurance claims will go through ROUTE.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of product delivery (the package must be postmarked within those 14 calendar days of delivery.) Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the mistake was on our end.
An item may be returned provided it is: unworn; unwashed, with packaging intact; free of stains, odors, and damage.
Original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Sale (including our Mother's Day & Winter Sale) and Imperfect items are FINAL SALE.
No return form is necessary. We just need the package with a note including the order number and the name associated with the order.
We cannot price adjust on any orders.
